The result was outstanding and the journey to sale was seamless for us. Michael was the introducing agent when we purchased Fernleigh, so when we made the decision to sell, I sought his input. He articulated his marketing plan thoroughly and was diligent in the preparation prior to going to market. With four inspections booked within 7 days of advertising we were happy. When the first inspection began at 1:30pm and we had agreement by 5pm and then contracts exchanged 2 days later, we were thrilled! The entire process was seamless. Rural Property NSW had a plan, it was followed and we are delighted with the outcome.

Our property was always going to be a challenging prospect to value and sell. Michael did not hesitate to step up to the plate, and was in fact on the ground the following day. We were sold within three weeks. Michael made the process so easy, and was there with advice at the crucial times. As an accountant , I always tell clients to make sure they seek professional assistance, and am glad that I followed my own advice. Thanks again Michael and Libby.
